A private investment firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the founder and manage diary scheduling. This predominantly remote role allows for autonomy and responsibility while serving as a key liaison with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of executive support experience, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and a high level of discretion. Occasional in-person meetings will be required, reflecting the role’s dynamic nature and importance within the firm.

Location: Remote-first (Quarterly in-person meetings + board meetings)
Salary: Up to 70,000 per annum (DOE)

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to support the founder of a private investment and family office structure overseeing a diverse portfolio of growing businesses.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the centre of a fast-moving, agile group, liaising with CEOs, senior leadership teams, and board-level stakeholders across multiple entities. The role suits an experienced EA who is confident operating autonomously in a predominantly remote environment and who thrives on responsibility, trust and variety.
