  • Support the Practice Leader in promoting the RMS strategy.
  • Manage major client accounts and programme structures.
  • Maintain relationships and risk profile improvement for clients.
  • Provide technical expertise for major client events.
  • Represent the company at internal and external industry events.
  • Ensure accurate recording of Risk Management data.
  • Contribute to the expansion of RMS footprint across products.
  • Participate in meetings to share strategy and knowledge.
  • Act as primary contact for coordinated major client prospects.
  • Motivate team members for knowledge sharing and personal development.

The Opportunity

QBE Europe are recruiting a Senior Property Risk Manager to join the Risk Solutions team on a permanent basis. The role involves account level management combined with customer‑facing service delivery, technical expertise and teamwork.

Your new role
  • Support the Practice Leader in promoting the Risk Management Solutions (RMS) strategy internally and externally to enhance QBE's market position.
  • Manage major client accounts, including setting up account activities, scheduling and reviewing programme structures.
  • Maintain relationship, development and risk profile improvement for a significant portfolio of major clients.
  • Provide technical expertise for major client events and associated technical support collateral.
  • Represent QBE at internal and external industry events and committees.
  • Ensure accurate recording of Risk Management data on appropriate systems for performance monitoring.
  • Contribute to the expansion of RMS footprint across Division products.
  • Participate in relevant meetings to share and develop strategy, knowledge and best practices.
  • Act as primary contact for coordinated major client prospects with respective Portfolio Managers.
  • Motivate and coach team members to ensure knowledge sharing and personal development.
