Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in all aspects of property loss prevention and control.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at strategic, tactical and operational levels.
  • Experience developing and presenting technical training topics to a range of audiences.
  • Experience conducting field training sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Practice Leader in promoting the RMS strategy.
  • Manage major client accounts and programme structures.
  • Maintain relationships and risk profile improvement for clients.
  • Provide technical expertise for major client events.
  • Represent the company at internal and external industry events.
  • Ensure accurate recording of Risk Management data.
  • Contribute to the expansion of RMS footprint across products.
  • Participate in meetings to share strategy and knowledge.
  • Act as primary contact for coordinated major client prospects.
  • Motivate team members for knowledge sharing and personal development.
