Job summary

A leading pharmaceutical technology firm is seeking a pragmatic Data Product Manager to enhance manufacturing consistency and supply-chain resilience through AI-driven data products. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in product management specifically within pharmaceutical manufacturing and a deep understanding of GMP/GxP regulations. This remote role includes occasional site visits, and offers both contract and permanent options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years product management experience delivering data/AI products.
• 5+ years' experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or regulated CPG/FMCG.
• Clear understanding of GMP/GxP and regulatory workflows.
• Hands-on familiarity with relevant manufacturing systems.
• Practical knowledge of AI/ML capabilities in production.
• Strong stakeholder skills.
• Excellent product discovery and problem-framing skills.
• Proven track record taking models to validated production.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Define, build, and run data products using AI/ML.
• Translate operational problems into measurable data outcomes.
• Partner with teams for feature delivery and prioritization.
• Own product lifecycle from discovery to continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with GxP and GMP requirements.
• Drive data product KPIs.
• Work with engineering to embed MLOps into pipelines.
• Design stakeholder training for teams.
