An organization focused on holistic care in Belfast is seeking Support Workers to provide a therapeutic environment. Responsibilities include promoting safety and support for service users, maintaining records, and engaging in community activities. Qualified candidates should have a Grade C GCSE in English and Maths, knowledge of substance use, and experience working in supportive roles. This position requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Support Workers provide a support service to the Therapeutic Treatment Programme, in order to ensure that a safe and therapeutic environment is maintained. The role is to offer support and care by facilitating open and collaborative conversations that can assist Service Users in their discovery of alternative solutions to substance misuse difficulties.
