Job summary
A leading technical recruitment agency is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Automation & Motion Control in the East Midlands. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and experience in Automation or Motion Control. Responsibilities include engaging customers, providing solutions, and achieving sales targets. - Must have experience in Automation or Motion Control including knowledge of Servo's, PLC's, and Gearboxes.
- Must be able to engineer a solution.
- Preferably has sales experience, but candidates from technical backgrounds seeking a sales role will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, gather opportunities, and close orders.
- Assist with Motor and Gearbox selections alongside Automation equipment.
- Drive sales to achieve targets up to £2 million.
