Job summary
A leading catering company is looking for Catering Hospitality Staff at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, serving food and drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction during Matchdays and non-Matchdays. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required. Pay rates are £12.21 per hour for over 18's.

We currently have an opportunity for Catering Hospitality to join our team at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club. This opportunity will be to join the team for the 2026 Football Season. With the opportunity to work at Matchdays and non Matchdays, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility. The hospitality areas require Bar Staff, Food Runners and Plate Waiters to work in the bustling, friendly hospitality areas within the stadium.
- Over 18's: £12.21 per hour
- Under 18's: £10.44 per hour
Flexible working. Match Days and Non-Match Days (C&E Events) which includes evening & weekend shifts.
- Handling, Preparing and Ferrying Alcoholic and Non‑Alcoholic drinks
- Presenting the award winning food to the guests at the table
- Welcoming guests and taking orders
- Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
- Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related items
