What You’ll Do:

Perform hands-on maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of electrical systems, including lighting and emergency systems.

Conduct planned and reactive maintenance, covering HVAC systems, fire alarms, boiler maintenance, and more.

Ensure compliance with water hygiene regulations (L8 ACoP) through tasks like sampling and temperature checks.

Assemble, install, calibrate, and commission advanced equipment to avoid operational disruptions.

Support additional facilities requirements, such as post-room duties, furniture moves, and AV equipment support.

Collaborate with subcontractors and specialists to ensure seamless operations.

What You Bring:

A recognised apprenticeship or qualifications in electrical/mechanical maintenance (e.g., C&G, ONC, OND, NVQ).

Certification in 18th Edition Electrical Safety and BS 2391 Inspection and Testing.

Proven hands-on experience maintaining and repairing building systems, with strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

A thorough understanding of Health & Safety legislation, COSHH, and safe work practices.

Self-motivation, adaptability, and a commitment to ongoing professional growth.
