Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in managing multi-site cleaning or soft services operations.
  • Experience managing large, diverse teams.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee delivery of cleaning and soft services at all ESB locations.
  • Ensure compliance with service-level agreements, KPIs, and quality standards.
  • Lead the development of site managers and cleaning teams.
