Job description

Job Introduction

Join Sodexo as a Corporate Receptionist and be the first point of contact for guests and colleagues at ING Bank. In this front‑of‑house role, you’ll ensure every visitor receives a five‑star welcome, delivering a professional, polished, and seamless experience from arrival to departure.

What you’ll do
  • Manage meeting and event bookings, ensuring all administration and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
  • Support arrivals by following access and security procedures, maintaining confidentiality, and coordinating smoothly with all departments.
  • Handle switchboard calls and client communication professionally, ensuring all requirements are clearly understood and met.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are correctly set up, clean, and presented to company and client standards.
  • Monitor and maintain AV and videoconference equipment, providing first‑line support when needed.
  • Report building faults promptly and assist with reasonable management requests within the scope of the role.
What you bring
  • Experience in a quality‑focused corporate reception or corporate hospitality environment.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and room‑booking systems.
  • Professional appearance and attitude, with a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Experience supporting meetings, including audio‑visual setup and room assistance.
  • Background in high‑level corporate hospitality or fine dining, with knowledge of company admin procedures and policies.
