You\'ll be involved in a broad range of transactional real estate matters, including:
- Investment and development projects
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Joint ventures and pre-letting
- Real estate financings and restructurings
- Infrastructure and energy development
- Corporate support and M&A-related property work
- You\'ll act as lead lawyer on transactions, manage junior colleagues, and collaborate across practice areas and jurisdictions.
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent jurisdiction)
- 4+ years PQE with strong experience in transactional real estate
- Proven expertise in development, investment, acquisitions and disposals
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and project management skills
- Commercially minded, collaborative and proactive
- Work on landmark real estate deals across the UK and Europe
