Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with consultants to support and activate marketing campaigns.
  • Help tailor central campaigns to suit individual practice needs.
  • Coordinate practice-specific marketing plans and ensure timely delivery.
  • Create and adapt content for email, social media, website, and events.
  • Support video interviews, quote cards, and other creative assets.
  • Liaise with fee earners to gather input and feedback on marketing activity.
  • Track campaign performance and share insights to improve future activity.

A Typical Day Might Look Like:

  • Catching up on emails and checking in with each of the practices (business units) about an upcoming campaign.
  • Meeting with the content team to plan LinkedIn posts for the week.
  • Updating a practice-specific marketing plan with new ideas and timelines.
  • Coordinating with the events team to promote a roundtable or webinar.
  • Sharing campaign performance stats with fee earners and suggesting next steps.
  • Brainstorming creative ways to repurpose content across channels.
  • Jumping in to support a last-minute request from a practice team.
