What You’ll Be Doing:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports every learner.
• Support pupils' academic and personal development through exciting and meaningful learning experiences.
• Assess and track student progress, providing feedback to help them grow.
• Collaborate with staff and parents to ensure the best outcomes for all students.

Requirements of Class Teacher:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A passion for teaching and helping young people reach their full potential.
• An updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willing to apply for one).
