GSL Education are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils in Chichester. This role is ideal for someone who can bring patience, understanding, and commitment to helping every child access their education and reach their full potential.

As an SEN TA, you will work closely with teachers to deliver tailored support to pupils with a variety of needs. Your role will involve providing one-to-one and small group interventions, adapting resources to suit individual learners, and encouraging independence within a safe and inclusive classroom environment.

Responsibilities as a SEN Teaching Assistant:

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
