Chef Manager – Mondelez Marlbrook (Leominster)
Salary: £40,774 per annum
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm
Location: Marlbrook, Leominster
Join our team at the Mondelez Marlbrook site as a Chef Manager and take the lead in delivering an outstanding food service experience! This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef Manager or a Head Chef ready to take the next step into management.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Cooking and overseeing breakfast and lunch service
- Ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and food safety standard
- Completing daily HSE paperwork
- Weekly paperwork including banking and stock take
- Leading and motivating a small on-site team
- Engaging with the client, including monthly review meetings
We’re looking for a hands‑on, motivated individual with:
- Experience as a Chef Manager or a Head Chef looking to step into management
- Confidence in managing or supporting a small team
- Good computer skills and understanding of menu management / GP management
- Strong customer and client focus with excellent people skills
- Flexibility and a proactive approach to maintaining standards and driving improvements
