Chef Manager – Mondelez Marlbrook (Leominster)
Salary: £40,774 per annum
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm
Location: Marlbrook, Leominster

Join our team at the Mondelez Marlbrook site as a Chef Manager and take the lead in delivering an outstanding food service experience! This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef Manager or a Head Chef ready to take the next step into management.

The Role
As the Chef Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a small but dynamic catering operation, delivering both breakfast and lunch to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cooking and overseeing breakfast and lunch service
  • Ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and food safety standard
  • Completing daily HSE paperwork
  • Weekly paperwork including banking and stock take
  • Leading and motivating a small on-site team
  • Engaging with the client, including monthly review meetings
About You

We’re looking for a hands‑on, motivated individual with:

  • Experience as a Chef Manager or a Head Chef looking to step into management
  • Confidence in managing or supporting a small team
  • Good computer skills and understanding of menu management / GP management
  • Strong customer and client focus with excellent people skills
  • Flexibility and a proactive approach to maintaining standards and driving improvements
