AXA UK is looking for a talented and motivated CIO Office Lead to join our team and support the UK Chief Information Officer (CIO) in delivering excellence across our Technology, Data, Security, Risk, and Operational functions.
This role offers a unique career development opportunity, providing close exposure to strategic decision making and the chance to influence the future of our technology landscape. You\'ll work directly with senior leaders, gaining insight into governance forums, industry best practices, and our relationships with regulators and the AXA Group. You\'ll be at the heart of our operations, helping to shape initiatives that impact AXA UK\'s growth and innovation.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You\'ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
