• Experience of pricing, underwriting, claims and other key drivers of performance.
• Understanding of the regulatory environment in which AXA Health operates.
• Strong analytical skills using Microsoft Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rolling out retention initiatives into front line teams.
• Delivering new business initiatives into Sales and Operational teams.
• Making sound risk underwriting decisions for individual and SME referrals.
• Building strong relationships with other Pricing teams.
• Ensuring fair treatment of customers in risk underwriting decisions.
