• Experience of pricing, underwriting, claims, and other key drivers of performance.
• Understanding of the regulatory environment in which the company operates.
• Appreciation of the dynamics of large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Rolling out retention initiatives into front line teams, implementing changes as needed.
• Delivering new business initiatives into Sales and Operational teams, making changes as needed.
• Making sound risk underwriting decisions for non‑complex individual and SME referrals.
• Building strong relationships with other Pricing teams and colleagues.
• Ensuring customer impact is considered in all risk underwriting decisions.
