• Experience of pricing, underwriting, claims and other key drivers of performance.
• Understanding of the regulatory environment in which AXA Health operates.
• Appreciation of the dynamics of large organisations.

Responsibilities

• Rolling out retention initiatives into front line teams, implementing changes as needed.
• Delivering new business initiatives into Sales and Operational teams, making changes as needed.
• Making sound risk underwriting decisions for non-complex individual and SME referrals.
