• Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Previous experience within an IT Helpdesk capacity
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Assist with the setup and configuration of software applications and operating systems.
• Respond to help desk tickets and service requests in a timely manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, backups, and antivirus scans.
• Document support activities, including resolutions and troubleshooting steps, for knowledge sharing and future reference.
