As a Scrum lead of a team of individuals in a specific area of digital expertise, you will be a crucial player in driving our digital initiatives forward in our agile organization. Our agile operating model consists of two components Digital Capability and Digital Execution. Digital Execution are about aligning multiple missions around business goals and facilitating collaboration on a larger scale. Digital Capability, on the other hand, focus on the growth and development of individuals within a specific expertise area. This dual structure enables us to scale agile practices efficiently while maintaining a focus on both product development and individual skill enhancement.

An Enterprise Business Platforms Scrum Lead plays a crucial role in Agile project management and is responsible for facilitating the Scrum process in a teams.

The Scrum Lead guides, facilitates, and coaches the team on using Agile/Scrum practices and values. They help the team work cohesively to reach their highest potential and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality outcomes within set timelines.

You will be at the forefront of implementing innovative solutions and will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in your field.

1. Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

2. Remove Impediments: Identify and remove any obstacles or blockers that affect the team s performance.

3. Ensure Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment where communication is open and transparent among team members.

4. Coach and Mentor: Provide support and training to help the team embrace and implement Agile Scrum methodologies effectively.

5. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the Value team and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of progress and needs.

6. Promote Continuous Improvement: Encourage and lead efforts for continuous improvement in processes and practices based on retrospective outcomes.

7. Maintain Agile Tools: Oversee and ensure the accurate maintenance of all documentation related to progress and actions in Agile tracking systems.

8. Guard and Enforce Scrum Principles: Safeguard and reinforce Scrum principles, practices, and processes by understanding their importance and functionality within the organization.

9. Monitor Value Team(s) Progress: Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress to all affected parties.

10. Conflict Resolution: Help resolve interpersonal conflicts and issues within the team to ensure a productive working environment.

11.Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members within the practice and across other digital and business units.

8.Continuous Learning: Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of the latest trends and practices in a specific area of expertise.

9.Innovation: Contribute innovative ideas and approaches to enhance outcomes and digital capabilities.

10.Reporting: Regularly report on the progress of the various Value Teams and outcomes to your Capability Lead and team members.

12.Problem-Solving: Employ analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and deliver effective solutions.

13.Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality and consistency in the work delivered.

1.Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

2.Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification preferred.

3.Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in Agile projects.

4. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.

5. Experience with Azure Boards

5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.

6. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
