Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in leading Highrise and Education projects?

Approach Personnel is proud to be partnered with one of the industry-leading Tier 1 Main contractors in the country, who are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects, ensuring that all works are completed within budget, on time, and to the required quality standards.

What are we looking for?

• Prior experience as a Project Manager overseeing Highrise, Education, or Commercial projects.
• Valid SMSTS certification
• UK Driving License
• NVQ Level 7 in Construction Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed construction plans, timelines, and work schedules.
• Liaise with the Site Manager to ensure all works are completed in a timely manner, maintaining quality in line with company policies.
• Report to the Operations Manager and provide regular updates on project status.
• Proactively identify project risks and work extensively to mitigate delays.
• Facilitate final inspections and approvals.
