YouTube Project Manager (Producer)

Location: Liverpool (Onsite or Hybrid)

Hours: 37.5 per week

Salary: £50,000 plus performance bonuses

We don’t do clickbait. We don’t do hype. And we certainly don’t do generic "content calendars". At TheWealthPoint, we create financial education that’s rooted in real lives, big decisions, and long‑term impact. And none of it ships without a brilliant YouTube Project Manager.

We exist to close the advice gap. Millions want trustworthy retirement guidance but can’t access it and now they’re turning to YouTube. Our job is to meet them there with exceptional, easy‑to‑understand education that earns trust and attracts interest the right way.

Your remit is to turn ideas into a reliable and systematic publishing operation:

Cadence: Months 1–3 one long‑form video every two weeks; from Month 4 onwards one long-form video per week.

• Culture comes first: ownership, humility, bias towards action, clear communication, adaptability, integrity and a glass always half full outlook.
• Calm, organised project manager who turns ambiguity into clear plans and delivers on time.
• Fast learner; comfortable directing on set; you care about audio and lighting quality.
• Familiar with YouTube workflows and happy to own the process end‑to‑end while contractors or our developer support where needed.
• Liverpool‑based onsite or hybrid.

• Producer–builder at heart: you turn chaos into clear checklists and get energy from shipping on schedule.
• Teacher’s instinct: you enjoy making complex money topics simple and human.
• Director energy with empathy: you give clear direction on set and invite feedback to make each video better.
• Taste + standards: audio first, lighting second, tidy files always; the little things matter to you.
• Calm under pressure: deadlines don’t rattle you; you keep cadence when plans change.
• Data‑curious, audience‑first: you read retention graphs, test hooks/titles, and iterate without ego.
• High agency: you say “I’ll own it” and then you do - end to end.
• Integrity + compliance‑minded: you respect the trust our audience places in us.
• Lifelong learner: you pick up tools fast and improve the system every month.

• You need constant direction rather than setting your own plan.
• You prefer polishing endlessly over publishing consistently.
• You dislike being on set or giving clear, kind feedback.

We are a UK wealth planning firm and aspiring personal-finance educator. Our core service is wealth planning (retirement income, tax planning, and investment management) delivered in a regulated environment.

• Impact: help close the advice gap by putting genuinely helpful retirement education on YouTube.
• Autonomy with support: own the publishing engine and shape the workflow; developer support and a studio space ready to equip.
• Growth: a clear pathway to Content Director - build a systematic content flywheel and lead multi‑channel repurposing.
• Resources: £5,000–£10,000 equipment budget to set up the studio properly.
• Flexibility: onsite or hybrid; 37.5 hours per week.
• Salary: £50,000 plus performance bonus (details discussed during later stages).
