YouTube Project Manager (Producer)
Location: Liverpool (Onsite or Hybrid)
Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £50,000 plus performance bonuses
About the role:
We don’t do clickbait. We don’t do hype. And we certainly don’t do generic "content calendars". At TheWealthPoint, we create financial education that’s rooted in real lives, big decisions, and long‑term impact. And none of it ships without a brilliant YouTube Project Manager.
We exist to close the advice gap. Millions want trustworthy retirement guidance but can’t access it and now they’re turning to YouTube. Our job is to meet them there with exceptional, easy‑to‑understand education that earns trust and attracts interest the right way.
Your remit is to turn ideas into a reliable and systematic publishing operation:
Cadence: Months 1–3 one long‑form video every two weeks; from Month 4 onwards one long-form video per week.
We are a UK wealth planning firm and aspiring personal-finance educator. Our core service is wealth planning (retirement income, tax planning, and investment management) delivered in a regulated environment.
We believe trust is earned through useful, clear education, not hype. We care deeply about doing the right thing for our audience.
We have access to a dedicated studio space, developer support, and a practical, low-ego culture where culture beats credentials and great systems win.
