The Role

• Lead and manage multiple solar PV, battery storage, and EV charger installation teams
• Oversee budgets, timelines, compliance, and client relationships
• Work closely with directors to improve processes and drive growth
• Take ownership of projects from planning through to completion, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality
• Play a crucial part in shaping operations as the company grows, including supporting long-term strategy
