IT & Data Product Analyst – Sales Technology - AMEA region

Location: Istanbul, Turkey

Danone IT & Data is seeking a Product Analyst - Sales Technology, AMEA, based in Istanbul, Turkey. The role will be part of a product squad delivering technical sales product enhancements to the markets in Turkey, Africa, & Middle East region.

• Requirement Gathering and Prioritization: Collaborate with Product Owner to gather and prioritize requirements.
• Requirements Communication: Help the Product Owner communicate and explain business needs clearly.
• Data Analysis and Insights Generation: Identify patterns, trends, and correlations to inform strategy and decisions.
• Risk Management: Support in identifying and mitigating risks impacting product success.
• Acceptance Criteria Refinement: Work with the Product Owner to refine guidelines for requirement completion.
• Continuous Improvement: Seek feedback to identify areas for enhancement.
• Stakeholder Communication: Assist in understanding stakeholder needs.
• Product Performance Analysis: Recommend improvements to enhance effectiveness and profitability.

• Inputs for product value and backlog definition.
• Backlog alignment and prioritization inputs.
• Contributions to user stories and product artifacts.
• Inputs to the product roadmap.
• Support solution design to meet business requirements.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience with Sales Force Effectiveness tools, SFA, DMS, and integrations with ERPs and Data analytics.
• Proven ability to design high-quality IT solutions.
• Understanding of Data Analytics and sales KPIs.
• Experience working in Product or Agile teams.
• Proficiency in English, excellent communication skills, ability to explain complex concepts to stakeholders.
