The CTO works closely with executive leadership and leads a growing global engineering organization.

• Strong understanding of cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and blockchain security
• Experience with open-source projects and developer communities
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments
