A healthcare staffing agency is seeking an experienced operational manager to support various services in the Midlands. The role involves providing leadership to clinical and non-clinical teams, contributing to achieving national access targets, and offering business support to ensure optimal performance. This position is a temporary contract initially lasting for 3 months.
Responsabilidades
- Provide general operational management and business support.
- Lead clinical and non-clinical teams effectively.
- Ensure achievement of national access targets.
Daily rate: Band 8a/8b agency cap equivalent
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months initially
Location: Midlands
- Reporting to the Divisional General Manager this post will provide general operational management and business support to a number of services including, Respiratory and Cancer.
- Provide strong and effective leadership to specific clinical and non-clinical teams and individuals.
- Support the establishment of a clear vision for these specific work areas with senior colleagues to create a working environment that empowers staff to achieve optimal performance.
- Ensure the achievement of national access targets including 18 week RTT, emergency care targets and cancer targets.
- Contribute to the wider management of the Directorate and of the Trust on specific projects as and when appropriate.
