- Health insurance sales experience (preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of insurance policies and FCA regulations (preferred)
- Confidence in consultative sales and client management
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Uncapped bonus structure - high performers earn £80k+, top performers exceed £100k
- Salary increase to £45k within 12 months
- Monthly & quarterly incentives, including trips abroad (e.g., Barcelona, Lisbon, Budapest)
