As a Management Consultant in the Workforce & Organisation practice, specifically in Workforce Transformation, you'll work with clients across a broad range of industries from Financial Services to Retail, Life Sciences, Telecommunications, and Energy & Utilities. Your role will involve helping organisations tackle critical challenges related to current and future skills, talent strategies, workplace culture, and the impact of technology and automation on the future of work.
You'll be part of a collaborative team of problem solvers with diverse consulting and industry experience, supporting clients from strategy through to execution. Together, you'll help them navigate complex business issues and deliver meaningful, lasting change.

Whilst you will have London, Manchester or Glasgow as an office base location, you must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as these roles may involve periods of time away from home at short notice.
