To set you up for success, you will first complete comprehensive sales training to master the best techniques. What we expect from you as a TEAM LEADER:

For this position, we are looking for an experienced sales professional with a minimum of 5 years in a sales role, ideally with experience in door-to-door sales.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in leading a team, coaching, or mentoring sales advisors is required.
A valid driving license (0-3 points) is required as you will be visiting prospective clients. A DBS check (fully covered by us) will be conducted before you join.
