A leading children's hospital in the UK is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join their Education and Training Team. We are expanding our Education and Training Team as we see the impact these roles have on our colleagues and patient care. Driving improvements in the way children are treated and experience medicines. You will bring your own expertise, passion, charisma and drive to shape how we push boundaries in Pharmacy practice and the use of medicines. You will be well supported on your journey as an educationalist with support to continue to develop your clinical skills, managerial, research and educational skills. Drawing upon experienced Education and Training Pharmacists, our research institute and clinical leaders here at GOSH, You will be responsible for driving forward high quality and impactful education for Pharmacists. Supporting Pharmacy professionals to achieve their full potential whilst working with the wider team to support colleagues to build paediatric training capacity meeting the needs of the local, national and international workforce in paediatrics.
Within the Education Team at GOSH we are keen to support each other and share opportunities to grow the team. There will be the opportunity to work across programs to gain exposure and experience in a range of pharmacy educational activities including Pre‑registration Pharmacy Technician and Foundation Pharmacist programs.
We recognise the importance of maintaining your clinical competence and actively support those with limited paediatric experience to develop their skills. We would like to work with you to explore your clinical passions to support your ongoing development through a manageable clinical commitment.

The recruitment process for all admin and clerical roles at Bands 2‑4 will be a two stage recruitment process whereby shortlisted candidates will undertake an online literacy, numeracy, ICT and typing test. Only those candidates who pass the competency test will proceed to a formal interview.
