A leading healthcare organization in Billericay is seeking an experienced administrator to support the Respiratory, Epilepsy, and Parkinsons Team. The role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a varied workload effectively. Candidates should have experience in administration and be familiar with tools like Systm One and Microsoft Office. This part-time position offers flexibility in working hours and is based at Mayflower Community Hospital, with a salary range from £24,937 to £26,598 per annum.
You will possess excellent administrative skills and good working relationships with colleagues. You will be an excellent communicator and can prioritise your workload ensuring that work is completed in a safe and timely manner. You will be working within the Admin Hub and supporting the Respiratory, Epilepsy and Parkinsons Team, based within Mayflower Community Hospital. This is an office‑based role, 33 hours per week, over 5 days, with flexibility with working hours.

This post will be subject to a probationary period.
Outer London: 15% of basic salary (£4,313 – £5,436 p.a. pro rata for part‑time).
Fringe: 5% of basic salary (£1,192 – £2,011 p.a. pro rata for part‑time).
