Job summary
A multi-site logistics company in Slough is seeking an ER / HR Advisor to provide comprehensive HR support amid organizational changes. This site-based role involves managing ER cases, engaging with managers and stakeholders, and contributing to various HR initiatives. Candidates should have experience in a fast-paced environment and proven relationship-building skills. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure across multiple sites and collaborate with senior HR professionals.
Qualifications
- Experience in ER, ideally in a fast-paced unionised environment.
- Strong organizational skills combined with a friendly, positive demeanor.

Responsibilities
- Provide expert end-to-end ER support to site managers.
- Assist with various HR initiatives and projects.
- Manage day-to-day and complex ER cases.
- Engage with stakeholders to guide managers through change.
Skills
Our client is a multi‑site logistics / company and have an need for an ER / HR Advisor.
The job is a varied and busy role supporting a business going through change. This is site‑based customer facing HR generalist role. Based in their Slough office, the role involves providing expert end‑to‑end ER support to site managers as well as assisting with various HR initiatives and projects. NB : This is a site based role.
- Managing / advisor ER cases (day today and complex)
- Relationship building with key stakeholders
- Guiding and empowering managers through change
- Assisting in compiling key reports
- Supporting various HR projects
- TUPE support
- Relationship building
- Employee engagement
- Visits to other sites
- ER, ideally gained in a fast‑paced unionised environment - desirable
- Someone with a strong and organised personality coupled with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a very busy / ever‑changing environment
- Proven relationship building experience
- Able to travel
