Robertson Bell is proud to be partnering with a long-standing social housing provider to recruit a Finance Business Partner. This is a permanent role ideal for someone who excels at turning numbers into actionable insight and is comfortable working across both strategic and operational finance areas.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Work closely with directors and department heads to support financial planning and performance.

Take ownership of monthly reporting processes, including journals, accruals, and flash reporting.

Help streamline internal reporting using Power BI, while maintaining core reporting in Excel and PowerPoint.

Lead the preparation of forecasts and budgets, and support budget holders with relevant analysis.

Engage with HR and Finance Operations teams to ensure efficiency and cost control in high-volume processes.

Assist with quarterly and year-end submissions, ensuring data accuracy and stakeholder alignment.

Ideal Candidate:

ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with strong management accounting and stakeholder engagement experience.

Skilled at producing, interpreting, and presenting financial information.

Comfortable managing month-end and budgeting processes independently.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence non-finance teams.
