Junior Finance Business Partner

A newly created opportunity is available for a motivated Junior Finance Business Partner.

Reporting to the Finance Business Partner, you will play a key part in delivering insightful reporting, clear financial analysis and meaningful commentary to support commercial and operational decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early finance experience who is ready to take on broader business partnering responsibilities in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce daily, weekly and monthly reporting for revenue & costs.
  • Present financial information clearly and concisely to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles across cost areas.
  • Drive improvements in reporting quality through system enhancements, automation and efficient processes.
  • Develop expertise in Power BI to enhance insight and visualisation within the Finance Business Partner team.
  • Provide wider support to the Finance department as required, including reporting and project tasks.

The successful candidate will bring at least two years' experience in an accountancy position, demonstrating strong analytical ability, a sharp eye for detail and confidence working with advanced Excel. You will be able to communicate clearly and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, while managing multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
