  • Ensure that the Operating Unit has in place the right resource management processes, including collaboration across other units and with Enterprise Capability, project managers and technical experts, to provide predictable workload forecasts and allocate resources effectively to optimise project and business performance.
  • Maintain a culture where AECOM is recognised as a great place to work by upholding and communicating AECOM's values (incl. wider Social values), championing equity, diversity and inclusion, promoting employee engagement, career development and succession pathways.

  • Drive effective change and continuous improvement to increase efficiency, profitability, and operational quality within the Operating Unit and across its Projects and Programmes.
  • Drive project delivery and commercial excellence, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, to the right quality and to the clients' satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all AECOM policies and procedures and uphold our core values.
  • To effectively undertake the above responsibilities we anticipate that up to 2-3 days per week would be required with the remainder spent on Technical Projects.
As an inclusive AECOM leader
  • Demonstrated dedication to fostering a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Proven ability to build and retain a diverse and inclusive workforce while nurturing talent development, mentoring and coaching.
