• Ensure all quality control tests for raw materials and finished goods are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
• Ensure accurate input of quality control results into SAP system
• Investigate out of specification products to determine use
• Monitor out of specification products to identify areas for improvement
• Batch retests/shelf-life extensions
• Inspection and labelling of returns

• Complaint (customer and internal) investigation and root cause analysis
• Internal Calibrations
• Internal auditing
• EHS checks / inspections

• MS Office
• Proficient knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
• Good communication skills

• Experience of working with hot melt adhesives
• Experience with viscosity and softening point testing
• Use of SAP
• Use of Benchmark eQMS system
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / FSSC 22000
