Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in Belfast is seeking a full-time Senior HR Advisor. This long-term temporary position involves overseeing case management for various Employee Relations cases, providing guidance on HR matters, and supporting organizational transformations. Candidates must hold a CIPD Level 5 or equivalent and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. The role offers £24.59 per hour, with hybrid and flexible working options available.
