A leading mental health charity in the UK is seeking a People Advisor for a hybrid HR role, focused on employee relations and policy implementation. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of employment legislation, commitment to best HR practices, and ideally hold a CIPD qualification. Location: Midlands
Salary: £29,880 - £38,180
Contract type / hours: Permanent, 37 Hours
Please note: The salary listed reflects the full earning potential for this role. Starting salaries depend on experience and progression within the band.
This is a Region based role, you will be required to hybrid work at your closest site in the region

As an HR Advisor, you’ll work across a broad spectrum of Employee Relations (ER) cases and play a key role in developing managers’ confidence through HR-related training (full training provided). You’ll also be involved in varied project work including TUPE and redundancy activity.
You will bring a proactive, professional, and solutions-focused approach, quickly building credibility and strong collaborative relationships at all levels of the organisation.
Reporting to the Lead People Partner, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality HR services, working closely with the People Business Partner for your allocated operational area. Occasional travel to meetings and services will be required, so a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.

You will ideally be CIPD-qualified or have an equivalent HR degree or relevant experience. You bring strong knowledge of employment legislation, excellent judgement, and a commitment to best practice in HR.
