What we need?
- Review team activities and ensure that deadlines and KPI's are to be met, adjusting where necessary to succeed
- Liaise with managers and team leaders in the proactive management of sickness absence
- Complete administrative tasks such as coordinating strategy meetings and reporting outcomes of cases while respecting the privacy of employees and demonstrating integrity
- Endeavouring to respond to queries in an appropriate and timely manner
- Assist in the implementation of management policy and provide reports on the outcome
- High attention to detail and diligent completion of assigned tasks
- 1 year of experience in Human Resources

The schedule for this role is Monday to Friday in a full-time position of 37.5 hours a week. The ideal candidate will be fully committed to optimising employee satisfaction and working with managers to continually improve the environment at our company.
