Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking a Case Manager in the United Kingdom to manage and support social housing properties. The ideal candidate will work closely with vulnerable customers, providing tenancy advice and maintaining adherence to housing policies. - Record all customer interactions on the Open Housing System.
- Ensure adherence to housing policies and procedures.
- Work closely with vulnerable individuals regularly.
