Job summary
A local healthcare facility in England is looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working receptionist. The role involves providing reception services, managing phone calls, and administrative support. Skills
The Tolsey Surgery are seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working receptionist to join our friendly team.
26 hours per week
Monday 8am - 6.30pm
Thursday 8am - 6.30pm
Friday 8am - 2.00pm
Duties will include all aspects of reception work. Face to face at the front desk, dealing with phonecalls and back office admin. A caring, friendly and diplomatic disposition is amust.
This position would especially suit an applicant with previous experience in a primary caresetting with an interest in maintaining excellent patientrelationships. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and computerliteracy skills are essential
The Tolsey Surgery is a rural, dispensing practice with 3,400 patients. You will be part of a small friendly team that serves our patients in the Sherston and surrounding area.
Booking and updating appointments
Dealing with incoming calls from patients, doctors andhospital departments.
Administrative support to the Practice as appropriate.
- Experience of:
- Face to face customer service
- Telephone call handling
- Using computer systems
- Experience of working in a GP practice
