• Guide and inspire the host team to ensure guests receive the best experience.
• Deliver unique, tailored and personalised experiences to guests, including butler services and concierge, leveraging deep knowledge of London and established relationships.
• Prepare departmental budgets, including sales, costs and wages; anticipate future guest trends and align service offering to enhance brand image and maximise short‑ and long‑term profitability.

• Previous experience in a London boutique hotel as a Reception Manager or Assistant Reception Manager.
• Strong verbal communication skills and well presented.
• Passion for the role and the team, with a unique personality.
• Ability to empower team members to deliver bespoke services to all guests.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• English as the primary language used in our hotel.
• Knowledge of Opera and Microsoft systems.
