Job summary

A recruitment agency is looking for a dedicated School Receptionist to join a busy school in Wolverhampton. You'll be responsible for greeting visitors, managing calls, and performing general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills and a confident demeanor. Previous experience in a reception or school setting is advantageous but not compulsory. This position offers a pay rate of £12.85 per hour with various benefits including holiday entitlement and pension provision.

Qualifications

School Receptionist

The Best Connection is recruiting for a friendly and reliable School Receptionist to join a busy and welcoming school environment.

Working Hours:

  • Monday & Tuesday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
  • Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
  • Friday: 8:00am - 2:30pm

Pay rate is £12.85 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting visitors, parents, pupils, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answering incoming calls and redirecting them to the appropriate departments
  • Carrying out general reception and administrative duties
  • Using a PC for basic administrative tasks

You will be working alongside another member of the reception team each day and will not be left on your own for long periods.

Requirements:

  • Confident and approachable manner
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Basic PC skills
  • Previous reception or school-based experience is desirable but not essential

DBS Check:
