Henrietta Hotel opened in 2017, right in the heart of bustling Covent Garden. A haven nestled away from the busy streets outside, Henrietta is comprised of 40 rooms divided into two buildings. In the summer of 2024, renowned British chef Jackson Boxer took the helm of the restaurant, reimagining the food offering against the backdrop of a full restaurant redesign. Expect nods to their Parisian heritage and the city’s famed bistros, as well as to Covent Garden’s rich history. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist with maintaining correct food standards, staff management, inventory and purchasing of supplies.
  • Support the Head Chef to ensure effective control of stock purchasing, receipt, storage, preparation, and service regarding quality and quantity.
  • Oversee the maintenance of kitchen equipment, communicate with the Head Chef when repairs are needed.
  • Ensure that all Health and Safety regulations are adhered to and applied.
  • Support the Head Chef in managing the kitchen team.
  • Ensure that food operations are controlled to reach the desired cost of sales, maximizing potential and optimizing resources.
  • Manage inventory and order stock as needed.

  • Passion for the food and beverage industry.
