A leading restaurant chain is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Irvine, UK, to support the General Manager while actively training and coaching team members. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of restaurant management experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to motivate staff in a fast-paced environment.
