An exciting opportunity has become available to recruit Healthcare Assistants to work within the Emergency Department at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital. We have both full time and part time positions available.
We are looking for people who are caring and compassionate and who have strong communication and observation skills to deliver excellent patient-focused care in a challenging environment. The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital Emergency Department is undergoing a significant change in the environment currently to accommodate a safe and deliverable service to the patients and families of Shropshire/Telford & Wrekin and Powys.
A very exciting time to join our ED with opportunities to develop with formal Royal College Nursing - Emergency Nurse Competency based assessments with accreditation supporting all nurses to work in majors, minors, resus, paediatrics and mental health. For HCA’s and ECT’s (B3 in ED) our Clinical Nurse Educators will take you through the robust training program.
