A healthcare service provider in Launceston is seeking Food Services Assistants to provide high-standard service in a dynamic hospital environment. The role includes food preparation, production, and cleaning duties, with a commitment to quality care. Candidates will work in shifts, providing service to over 300 patients daily. Benefits include salary packaging and professional development opportunities, with part-time and full-time positions available.
Provide a high standard of Food Service to hospital patients, staff and patrons of the Launceston General Hospital (LGH)In accordance with Agency policies, procedures, and guidelines, assist with food preparation, production, plating service, ware-washing, and cleaning duties in the provision of catering services to patients, visitors and staff of the hospital.

Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
$57,130 - $62,486 pro rata per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
