A leading NHS Trust in the UK is seeking a Band 3 Ward Clerk to serve as a point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff in a critical care ward. The successful candidate will provide vital administrative support, manage patient records, and ensure a smooth operation of admissions and discharges. Ward 3A Critical Care
To serve as the point of contact for patients, visitors and staff entering 3A.
To provide administrative support to ensure smooth flow of the patient admissions, discharge's, transfers and general ward operations.
The post holder might be required to work across the Trust at any time throughout the duration of his / her contract, which may entail travel and working at different hospital.
